The saying "everything that is good in life is either immoral or illegal or makes you fat" yet it is not to be considered when it comes to our GELATO. Eating GELATO is a moment of enjoyment and we are committed with care so that the enjoyment is absolute and without contraindications.

We are attentive as much to the places as to the methods of production of the products we use in order to guarantee the flavour of the GELATO.
